Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds Gets Two New Screenshots Showcasing Desert Map

Desert warfare.

Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds is the surprise hit of the year- it came out of nowhere on the PC, and it has gone on to carve a cult following for itself, with millions of copies sold, and a high profile Xbox One release coming later in the year.

Developer Bluehole today revealed two new screenshots for the game, both of which show off the upcoming desert map for the game some. The map was actually originally announced all the way back in May- but this is the first time anyone has had the chance to actually see any of it. Fans of the game will undoubtedly be interested in seeing how the game’s unique mix of free for all multiplayer shooting and survival will blend together in a desert setting.

If you are interested in playing the game, it is available in Early Access on Steam right now; as of right now, it doesn’t actually have a final release date, but the game seems to be highly stable, and more than worth it. If you want to join in, now’s as good a time as any.
