After launching on the PlayStation 4, Sony has announced that its game streaming service PlayStation Now will be available for PlayStation 3 on May 12th along with “select Sony Blu-ray players and TVs.” That’s not all – a list of new titles for the service has also been announced for this month, including Dynasty Warriors 2: Strikeforce, Sanctum 2, F1 2014, Farming Simulator and Fat Princess.
A subscription to PlayStation Now costs $19.99 per month and $44.99 for three months. As for when it will be coming to the PlayStation Vita “soon” so stay tuned for more information on the same. Currently, PlayStation Now has more than 100 PS3 games available for streaming and allows subscribers unlimited access to its games. You can also try out PlayStation Now with a free seven day trial.
Sony has been doing very well since launching the PlayStation 4 in November 2013 with strong profits from PlayStation Now and 2 million units sold in the UK (22 million units worldwide as of March 2015).
