PlayStation Now Subscription Fee & Game Details Coming Soon

More information for the new service come to light.

PlayStation Now, a system put in place recently that came under fire for it’s initial pricing plan, is making plans for its future and Peter Jamshidi, Director of Marketing, has given some information relating to the service.

The service is currently going about forming a subscription plan with details on it hopefully coming soon, “Yes, A subscription plan is being worked on, and I’m very excited about it. We see it adding a complimentary option to rentals as a way to enjoy immediate access to PlayStation 3 games via PlayStation Now. More details coming in the near future!”

The catalogue of games coming to the service will vary greatly too with first and third party games from both the PlayStation One and PlayStation 2 library  set to release, “We are focusing on the amazing PS3 library at the moment, but do have plans to go back even further in time and offer PS2 and PS1 games longer term.”

Though there are still a number of first part games that were on the PS3 that will be coming, “Yes, we will definitely have more first party titles coming soon to the service and realize a lot of people may have missed out on the types of amazing experiences you mention that are only available on PlayStation.”
