Pokemon GO Crosses 30 Million Downloads and $35 Million In Revenue

And it hasn't even launched worldwide yet!

There is no stopping Pokemon GO‘s success- two weeks after its initial soft launch in Australia and New Zealand, the game continues to break all manner of records. According to Sensor Tower (via VentureBeat), Pokemon GO has already crossed 30 million downloads, and $35 million grossed in revenue.

Apparently, just iPhone owners in the United States alone are spending $1.6 million on the app daily- all of which makes Pokemon GO the current undisputed king of the $36.9 billion mobile gaming market, leading to potential for all companies involved with it to make money hand over fist.

The amazing news here is that Pokemon GO‘s official availability continues to remain very low- the app is just out in thirty countries, and it has topped the charts in all of them. Those countries, however, do not include Japan, China, or India, which are among the biggest markets for mobile games in the world- so in spite of the game’s massive success so far, the incredible thing to consider is that there could conceivably be more to come.
