PS5 Pre-Orders Will Go Live At Select Retailers Tomorrow

The console releases mid-November.

After months of waiting, the PS5’s launch date and pricing have already been confirmed– but when exactly can we buy it? Well, contrary to what Sony said previously, they haven’t given too much notice for the pre-orders going live. Taking to Twitter via the official PlayStation account, they confirmed that PS5 pre-orders will be going live tomorrow at “select retailers.”

Who these select retailers are exactly isn’t something they’ve talked about, but information will most likely be filtering in throughout the day. We’ll be updating you on that, so stay tuned.

The PS5 will launch in North America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea on November 12, and the rest of the world on November 19. It will retail for $499, while the Digital Edition will cost $399. The prices for the console’s accessories have also been revealed- check them out through here.

Sony have also confirmed the first party launch lineup for the PS5, which will include Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Astro’s Playroom (which will be bundled with all consoles), Sackboy: A Big Adventure, Demon’s Souls, and Destruction AllStars.

Spider-Man and Sackboy will also be available on PS4.
