During Microsoft’s press conference, Rare announced Rare Games Collection, which includes 30 games and a collective 10,000 Gamerscore. But that is not all, Rare revealed its newest game Sea of Thieves – a shared open world adventure game wherein players come together and embark on the high seas, explore new environments and even battle cursed skeletons while finding treasure.
Did we mention naval battles and making your friends walk the plank? Seas of Thieves will be exclusive to the Xbox One (of course) though a release date hasn’t quite been assigned. Though we kind of wished for a new Perfect Dark or Banjo Kazooie, we’re perfectly fine with Sea of Thieves. How it ultimately pans out remains to be seen but we’re somewhat optimistic at this point.
