Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition Briefly Appears on Microsoft Store for $1999

Touting 4K/60 FPS, quality-of-life enhancements, and the previously PS Vita-exclusive Relics, it could launch later this week.

While rumors swirl about Rayman Legends Retold, remake of the beloved UbiArt platformer from 2013, it seems Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition has leaked early. And you can thank none other than the Microsoft Store (via Resetera), whose listing of the title went live prematurely for a whopping $1,999.

Details were sparse before the listing was pulled, but it’s coming to Xbox Series X/S and promises 4K, 60 FPS and new quality-of-life features. Fans will also be pleased to learn that the Relics exclusive to the PlayStation Vita version are included. Totaling 60, collecting them would unlock murals that provided more lore on the characters.

A proper announcement and potential shadow drop are looking likely in the coming days, so stay tuned for more details. As for Rayman Legends Retold, it will allegedly be available to pre-order on June 2nd, but won’t necessarily be announced during State of Play. Dealabs’ Billbil-kun claims pre-orders will start at 1 AM PT on the same day – an hour before the showcase.

The remake allegedly launches on October 1st for $39.99 and will feature four-player online co-op – a step up from the original, which only supported local play. It also apparently features crossovers, per N1-UP, with different skins based on Astro Bot and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
