Star Wars Battlefront 2 PC Alpha Codes Going Out Now – Rumour

Several players are apparently receiving codes in their emails.

We don’t know when the beta for DICE’s Star Wars: Battlefront 2 will be coming but apparently the alpha for PC is already available for some. NeoGAF users have reported receiving mails containing alpha codes for the PC version.

DICE hasn’t confirmed whether an alpha testing period was taking place (though it’s been doing this for its games for years now). A deleted forum post from EA community manager Mat Everett apparently stated that the alpha will be on all platforms though he later noted that this wouldn’t be the case.

As for the multiplayer beta, it will be out closer to the game’s launch. Star Wars: Battlefront 2 is out on November 17th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Along with new multiplayer modes, a class-based system for troops and free DLC coming in seasons, there will be a dedicated single-player campaign.
