Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Lets You Use Other Players’ Characters as Bots

The AI will control these characters and boost your fighting strength when solo. Meanwhile, the players who own them can also reap rewards.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League’s Insider episode 3 is out and offers a look at what players can expect after finishing the campaign. There are leaderboards to compete on, with solo, duo and four-player squads having separate rankings. Beating someone’s score even allows for a Rival Taunt, which sees one of the Suicide Squad taunting them in “creative” ways when they log in.

However, perhaps the most unique feature is using other players’ characters as bots in your squad. The AI will control them, and while it allows for playing solo, the players who own the bots also get rewards. It sounds like the Support system seen in games like Honkai: Star Rail, where you can borrow another player’s character to help in activities.

Whether there’s a limit to this function (like not being available in certain activities like Incursion Missions) remains to be seen. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League launches on February 2nd for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. Head here for more details on the end-game and here for Season 0 and Villain Synergies.
