A new DLC pack for Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood has been released, and the trailer for it is given above. The DLC gives us access to a new map, named Mont St-Michel, and a new mode, called Advanced Alliance, and both of these will be available for the multiplayer.

The trailer shows some gameplay footage of this new map and mode.

The DLC pack is already available for download on PSN and Xbox Live, and it’s for free.th

Check out the video above, it shows how Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood players can play with a Raiden outfit, and adding a very MGS-y feel to the experience. Apparently, you have to do some specific stuff in the tutorials to unlock the outfit.

We certainly loved Brotherhood, Raiden or no Raiden. We recently reviewed it, and gave it a whomping 9.5/10.

The game certainly has been selling very well. It sold 1.14 million units in its first month, in US alone.

Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, the highly awaited spin-off of the very successful Assassin’s Creed franchise has been getting good reviews till now. Earlier this week, gaming magazine T3 gave the game a 5/5, calling it the “best Creed ever.” Later, Italian gaming magazine Play Generation gave the game a score of 92%.

The guys from the gaming mag PSM3 have given Brotherhood the very same score- 92/100. They say that while the game might not be as innovative as Assassin’s Creed II, “it improves on every aspect of the Assassin’s Creed formula” and it also “broadens the series” in a lot of ways.

On the city of Rome, the place where the game is set it, PSM3 says: “It’s a glorious, rich city with a staggering amount of side-missions, secrets and hidden stuff to sniff out.” They feel its the real star of the game, more so even than the protagonist, Ezio Auditore da Firenze.

Ubisoft has pushed back the release date of the PC version of their upcoming, highly anticipated title, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, and now, instead of November 19th, when the console versions will be releasing, it will be releasing sometime in Q1 2011.

When asked why the PC version of the game was delayed, Ubi replied by saying “No comment.” How original! How come nobody ever thought of that retort? *universe implodes*

Well, at least the console versions are still releasing on November 19th, when they were supposed to. The game will be awesome. Probably the best in the series. Check out why in our exclusive preview of the game.
