During its PAX West presentation, Gearbox Software announced that Borderlands 2 VR would be coming to PC. The title is currently only playable on PlayStation VR. Check out the announcement trailer below to see how it looks.

Borderlands 2 VR is exactly what the name implies – the looter shooter and its vast amounts of content in virtual reality. Players can move through Pandora in first person and realistically point guns at assorted loot pinatas. Another addition was BAMF Time which allowed for slowing down time for better aiming.

It’s also possible to move swiftly using the new Teleport function. Menu navigation is also intuitive with dragging and dropping. If that weren’t enough, a free update released this Summer brought all of the DLC and expansions to the VR version. Expect the PC version to carry all of this content at release. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime, especially when it comes to a release date.

At PAX West 2019, Gearbox Software made good on its previous tease. Homeworld 3 is indeed being developed and will be coming to PC courtesy of Blackbird Interactive. The project is currently available to fund on Fig, though it seems like somewhat of a joke. The funding goal is only $1 (and yes, it’s been surpassed).

Regardless, pledges and investments can provide their own expectations via an exclusive survey on topics such as features, collector’s edition contents and so on. A teaser trailer and some art work has been released which can be seen below. Not many details were given of the story but the gameplay will embody the same “classic RTS elements” that fans expect.

As such, Gearbox did a pretty good job with the Homeworld Remastered Collection which revamps the previous two games with high resolution textures and effects. Blackbird Interactive is no slouch either, having released the fantastic Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak in 2016. Stay tuned for more details on Homeworld 3 in the coming year.

Borderlands 3 is almost upon us, and it’s promising to be a big game. Not just the fact that it’s going to sell incredibly well (it’ll definitely do that), but also in the amount of content that’s being hyped to be in the game. But as is standard nowadays, we’re always looking ever-forward, and with a big game like this, we know that post-launch DLC is coming, and we’ll be getting information at two separate events very soon.

At Take-Two’s financial conference call, President Karl Slatof didn’t go into any specific details about what the post-launch content would be, but did confirm we can expect to hear about the continued support of the game at two major conferences this month: Gamescom 2019 and PAX West 2019.

Borderlands 3 will release September 13th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Gamescom runs August 20th-24th, and PAX West goes from August 30th-September 2nd. We should get a better idea of the time table closer to each event, and we’ll keep you posted on the news that comes from both events. CD Projekt RED brought Cyberpunk 2077 to E3 this year and were met with great reception by all those who got to see it, but just like last year, there weren’t many who got to see it. A 50 minute gameplay demonstration was shown off behind closed doors, but wasn’t made available to the public.

Recently, the developer sneakily confirmed in one of its videos that the same gameplay demonstration will be shown to wider audiences come August at PAX West, and CD Projekt RED’s global community lead, Marcin Momot, has officially confirmed the same. Taking to Twitter, Momot confirmed that the demo will be shown off at PAX West, which means there’s about a two month wait to go before everyone gets to feast their eyes on it.

Though the demo is still some ways off, you can catch glimpses of new gameplay footage in the E3 2019 gameplay trailer through here. We also know that the gameplay footage that will be shown off will be running on PC, as CDPR recently confirmed.

Cyberpunk 2077 is out on April 16, 2020 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
