Jade Raymond, the CEO of Ubisoft Toronto has told VG247 today that they have completed development on their respective portion of  Rainbow 6 Patriots.

Previously in 2012 it was said that Ubisoft Montreal continued to work on the single-player portion of the game, while Ubisoft Toronto was handling the Multiplayer Missions. The team has around 200 people working on the title. Originally Rainbow 6 Patriots was supposed to come out on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. However, it’s looking like that the game will now come out on next-gen consoles instead.

Jade Raymond’s development team is also working on Splinter Cell: Blacklist and on the next Assassin’s Creed title along with two IPs of its own after the release of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Fag.

ESRB has listed Parasite EVE as a PSN release for PSone Classics.

The listing is for the first title. The game was released in Japan back in 1998 for PSX.

Japan however, got both Parasite Eve and Parasite Eve 2 as PSN releases back in November, 2010.

However, we have no date or formal announcement yet and can only wait as more on this emerges.

Killzone 3, the PS3’s pride, has released in US today. Sony’s released an awesome looking launch trailer to mark the occassion.

The trailer, apart from featuring some amazing music, gives you a proper look at the game.

Killzone 3, sequel to the successful Killzone 2 is exclusive to PS3.

Xenogears would be seeing a US release on PSN today as a PSONE classic, Square Enix’s announced.

The official US PS Blog is running a story regarding the same right now.

The game was earlier released on Japanese PSN back in 2008 but was yet to see a western release.

It’s still unconfirmed when or if it’ll be releasing in Europe aswell.

Microsoft’s confirmed that they’ll be officially releasing the Kinect for PC in March.

Initially, it would be released only for non-commercial usuage.

A commercial release would follow suit however, but they didn’t give out any dates yet.

The software is only compatible with Windows 7.

Microsoft games boss Don Mattrick made the announcement on Monday during a session with journalists on the firm’s Redmond campus.

Microsoft’s shipped more than 8 million Kinect units for Xbox 360 till now.

Reggie-Fils, predisent of Nintendo of America, has confirmed that the 3DS will have a line-up of more than 30 titles before this year’s E3.

This was confirmed during their ongoing conference in New York.

The 3DS got a tag of $249 for US and will be releasing on March 27.

BioWare’s confirmed it’ll release Mass Effect 2 on PS3 on PSN along with a retail release.

This appears to be the first time such a major PS3 release will get a simultaneous PSN release day and date along with its retail one.

Still waiting for the PC version of Fable III to release? This might “hopefully” cheer you up.

Lionhead has assured fans that the PC version of the game is still in development and news regarding the title will “hopefully” be on the way “soon”.

“It’s painful to admit we can’t yet answer any questions on the PC version of Fable III,” the British developer tweeted today.

“Hopefully soon we can spill the beans!”

Lionhead dropped plans of releasing the version along with its 360 counterpart last year but confirmed that the game was still in development.

However, it’s been quiet a while since we got to hear anything about it and this might atleast ignite some “hope” in people’s hearts.

Fable III released in October, 2010 for Xbox 360 and has sold north of 2 million copies already. We liked it pretty much, and gave it two reviews, praising it in both of them.

Janco Partners’ Mike Hickey believes that Take Two will ship the next GTA game in its 2012 financial year, which is April 2012-March 2013.

The title, whatever it’s going to be called should sell around 16 million copies and earn about $750 million, according to him.

The next in the series is rumoured to be taking place in Hollywood.

Hickey also told that Bioshock Infinite should release around the same timeframe which Gamespot seems to have confirmed aswell. The title should sell around 4 million units, he believes.

Hickey also thinks that Take Two’s financial prospects are bright for 2011, with L.A Noire and Max Payne 3 slated for that period. The two games will be accopanied by Duke Nukem: Forever.

GTA IV which released in 2008 has sold 15 million units in its lifetime.

Because Sony doesn’t want any to go live before release date.

Yes, it’s true, Gran Turismo 5, the most anticipated game of this year is not getting any review before release date as Sony has set the embargo to 8 am GMT on November 24. That’s 3am EST and midnight PST.

Once the clock strikes 8am, you can expect a flood of reviews to be unleashed on yourself but until then no publication can publish their GT 5 reviews.

You might see a few reviews before but don’t form a judgement till the biggies go live after this embargo breaks.
