The next chapter in The Elder Scrolls Online will be heading to the Summerset Isles, the home of the Altmer/High Elves. Releasing for PC on May 21st, the expansion Summerset will finally offer a conclusion to the story established in Orsinium. Though Summerset is described as a beautiful place, there’s apparently “trouble” in the shadows and corruptions that “threatens to destroy High Elf society from within”. So if you’re wondering why Queen Ayrenn is opening up the Altmer’s home to outsiders, there’s your reason.
Summerset will bring several new features like a new zone, the Psijic Order faction and skillset, a new skill for jewelry crafting, new bosses and Delves, and Cloudrest, a new 12 player Trial. Among other figures you’ll encounter are Ayrenn’s cousin Alwinarwe who is the ruling regent, Razum-dar the cunning Khajit spy, Valsirenn of the Psijic Order and more.
You can look forward to The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset releasing on May 21st for PC. It’s available to pre-purchase in several different editions, with a physical release that includes a statue of Daedric Prince Mephala. For more information, head here.
