Most games get day one updates these days, and so, too, will Naughty Dog’s upcoming The Last of Us Part 2. The update, which has apparently already available, adds some interesting ancillary features to the game, including a Photo Mode, a concept art gallery, and a model viewer, all of which should be stuff that many will appreciate (especially the photo mode).
There’s other things the update is doing besides these as well. It brings “general bug fixes and improvements”, while also adds “additional accessibility options”- of which, according to Naughty Dog, there’s already more than just few in The Last of Us Part 2. The size of the update isn’t something that we know about right now, though hopefully, it won’t be a very hefty one- the game’s going to be pretty heavy as it is.
The Last of Us Part 2 launches exclusively on the PS4 on June 19, and the day one update will be available on the same day. Pre-orders for the game are tracking quite impressively already, with impressive numbers confirmed in both, Brazil and Europe.
