If you’ve been as psyched as we’ve been at the prospect of the Titanfall 2 open technical test for multiplayer, then take note – it will go live at 8 AM PT/11 AM ET later today for Xbox One and PS4. It can also be pre-loaded on both platforms currently.
The open technical test will start from today and end on August 21st with Pilot Hunter and Bounty Hunt modes live along with two maps – Boomtown and Homestead. The second technical test begins on August 26th and ends on 28th with Amped Hardpoint as the default mode and Forward Base Koda is the sole map.
Respawn will work on helping those with early access keys to keep playing but even new players with said keys will need to wait till 8 AM PT to play.
Titanfall 2 will be releasing on October 28th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Sadly, the current technical test will not be open for PC players.
