Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has just received its latest update- patch 1.04.016 came out recently, and it specifically focuses on the multiplayer mode in the game, trying to address issues that should lead to an improved experience online overall.
Naughty Dog have released full and detailed patch notes for the new update, noting the specific fixes that they have made. You can read these improvements and additions in the full patch notes that follow:
- Changed network latency settings to decrease white plug incidents.
- Ranked TDM favored status messaging doesn’t show favored status if it doesn’t affect the player’s point earnings outcome.
- Fixed Combat Marking booster so you are unable to mark downed players.
“A fix for a party issue is incoming where entering matchmaking, and then backing out, will have your friends no longer able to join you,” Naughty Dog added. “In the meantime, you can enter a Private match to reset your online status so you can become joinable again.”
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is available now exclusively on the PlayStation 4. It is the final chapter in the Uncharted series- at the very least the final one to be developed by Naughty Dog, and to be starring the series’ lovable protagonist Nathan Drake.
