Personally, I don’t care for multiplayer in Uncharted games- I never have. A full competitive multiplayer mode based on Uncharted’s gunplay mechanics sounds absolutely horrific, but hey, there are some people who like it. And in spite of everything that the mode seems to have going against it – a resolution downgrade to just 900p, and the inclusion of microtransactions – it seems that it is not taking itself too seriously, what with the inclusion of mystical objects, and all.
These new screenshots show exactly that- the multiplayer mode of Uncharted 4, with the more goofy tone, the mystical objects, the resolution hit, and all. It looks great, if you are into that sort of thing, I guess.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will hit the PlayStation 4 exclusively in March next year. It is currently planned to be the final chapter in Drake’s journey, as well as the last Uncharted game that Naughty Dog develop.
