While it’s long since been the source of controversy, whether it’s being blamed for promoting a dilution of “hardcore games” or for security concerns due to its always-on nature, the Kinect is truly an intriguing device. The Xbox One iteration brought forth a host of new updates for the same, including being able to find you in the dark, picking you out from a line-up and featuring a larger field of view with a 1080p sensor.

Regardless of its always-on nature, the new Kinect will still be bundled with every Xbox One console when it goes on sales this November 22nd across 13 territories and when it releases for Japan and other countries in Q1 2014.
