Xenoblade Chronicles has grown massively in prominence and popularity over the years, and the Switch era in particular has been a very fruitful one for the franchise. Now, it looks set for another major leap forward with Xenoblade Chronicles 3, a game described by developer as the culmination (though not the conclusion) of the trilogy. To commemorate the open world action RPG’s launch, Nintendo has released a new trailer. Check it out.
The trailer offers further glimpses at the world of Aionios, its warring nations, and their soldiers, while also shedding more light on the story’s central characters. More combat gameplay is also shown off, along with several typically gorgeous areas, showcasing the trademark scale that this series has always been known for.
