Assassin’s Creed 3- Ubisoft launches “history decoding” game online

In anticipation of the release

In anticipation of Assassin’s Creed 3’s looming release, Ubisoft’s released an online mini-game for all AC fans to devour. It’s a good way to pass your time till the game actually releases, and it’s actually a good activity if you’re a history fanatic (and chances are, playing Assassin’s Creed has turned you into one by now).

Basically, Ubisoft will be releasing important historical “monuments” such as paintings and as such on the official Assassin’s Creed website over here for the next nine days, and fans must “decode” the “hacked” history, see what is wrong with those images and point them out.

Ubisoft says 21,000 errors have already been spotted by Assassin’s Creed fans.

The first puzzle, linked above, shows a portrait of the battle of Bunker Hill in 1775. Go on and “decode” it, if you will.

Assassin’s Creed 3 releases in just a few days, on October 28th for the Xbox 360 and PC, with a November launch in store for the PC and Wii U.
