Assassin’s Creed 5: Unity To Feature 4 Player Co-op Campaign Mode

Separate from the main single-player campaign, according to an industry insider.

E3 2014 less than two months away and the big four – Microsoft, Sony, EA, and Ubisoft especially has its share of hefty announcements, with the recently leaked Assassin’s Creed: Unity expected to be properly revealed.

According to industry insider Shinobi602 on Twitter, Unity will have two demos, one showcasing the single-player and the other indicating the co-op campaign, which will support up to four players.

“AC: Unity, two demos planned. Hotness incoming. #E32014”, he tweeted.  “One SP, other showcasing 4-player coop,” he revealed.

You should take this with a pinch of salt, but it will be similar to Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag’s showcase at E3 2013. As for the co-op campaign, it seems that it will be a separate storyline from the single-player game. Will co-op ever come to the main campaign? Maybe but that’s in the future.

Assassin’s Creed: Unity will be out this fall for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Stay tuned for more information.
