The leaks for Assassin’s Creed Jade, Ubisoft’s upcoming mobile title in the series, continue. Originating from what seems to be a closed test, the first video showcases some infiltration in Yangzhou City. As protagonist Dangling Bai, players will perform all the classic Assassin’s Creed actions, from sneaking around to the leap of faith.
The second video is more story and combat-oriented and may be familiar to those who have seen previous leaks. We see the character creation process, with options for customizing the eyebrows, nose, face shape, forehead, and much more. It then cuts to Dangling Bai rushing to Yongning Village to protect it from raiders before facing off against their leader, Uluyjoti.
Overall, it looks good, with the Assassin’s Creed action RPG gameplay translating well to Ancient China (though the UI elements should be toned down a bit). Of course, Ubisoft hasn’t officially okayed any of this footage, so watch it now before it’s pulled. Assassin’s Creed Jade doesn’t have a release date yet, so stay tuned for more details in the coming year.
