Ready your shovels and cricket bats – Battlefield 5 will begin pre-loading on November 7th (as per VG247). Timings can vary depending on the platform and which edition the player has though. To start with, all editions on PC can expect to pre-load the game on November 7th at 5 AM PT/8 AM ET. In North America for PS4, pre-loading begins on November 7th at 9 PM PT for Deluxe Edition owners.
Standard Edition owners will have to wait until November 12th, 9 PM PT. As for European PS4 players, Deluxe Edition pre-loading starts on November 13th at 12 AM local time, while Standard Edition players can pre-load on November 18th at 12 AM Local time. If you’re on Xbox One, then regardless of region and edition, the game is available to pre-load now.
The reason PC and Xbox One players can pre-load the game earlier is pretty obvious. EA/Origin Access Basic trials will begin on November 9th, while Origin Access Premier owners get the full PC version on the same day. Deluxe Edition owners will be able to hop in on November 15th. For everyone else, Battlefield 5 is out on November 20th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
