Battlefield 5 Teases New Details: Settings, Modes, Gameplay Changes, And More

DICE hints at tons of new details to be revealed soon.

Excitement surrounding Battlefield V has been ramping up, with EA and DICE teasing the game’s imminent official reveal on May 23. As we approach the day of the reveal, the game’s official Twitter account has also exploded, teasing what kind of stuff they will be revealing on the day, ranging across a variety of topics, from the campaign to the Operations to new modes and a lot more.

A series of five tweets was recently posted by the game’s Twitter page, and a lot of it seems to be building on stuff DICE have already been teasing for a few days now, which we reported on earlier as well. During the reveal, DICE will be talking about the game’s setting (which is rumoured to be World War II, and it’s looking likely that it will be indeed be so); details on the game’s own take on the single player War Stories; Operations mode, as well as some new modes; as well as “gameplay changes”, though what exactly these changes are is something they obviously won’t be speaking of in greater detail before the reveal itself.

All of this and more is to be revealed on May 23, when DICE and EA officially unveil the new Battlefield game, which is expected to launch in October for – at the very least – PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Stay tuned to Gamingbolt for more info.
