Ubisoft’s Beyond Good and Evil 2 is still a ways from release (which is something we’ve probably been saying for years now). Nevertheless, it’s certainly in the best spot possible, since Ubisoft has been somewhat regular with updates. For instance, there will be livestream today at 12 PM EST/9 AM PST to showcase pre-alpha gameplay.
The stream will be broadcast on YouTube and Twitch. While we don’t know what the development team is planning to showcase, any opportunity to see the game’s progress is welcome. At E3 2018, we saw some gameplay that featured battles on ships, and cinematic trailer, which debuted Jade as a baddie.
Suffice it to say that fans want to know what’s next. Beyond Good and Evil 2 doesn’t have a release date currently. However, Ubisoft is planning a playable beta by the end of 2019. Will it be for Xbox One, PS4, and PC? Or could next gen versions also be in the pipeline? Stay tuned for more info.
