Beyond Good and Evil 2 Gets Pre-Alpha Footage

Remember, it is a work in progress!

beyond good and evil 2

While Beyond Good and Evil 2 was revealed at E3 last year with a lengthy video, it was actually a pre-made uninteractive cutscene made for the explicit purpose of hyping the game’s reveal and announcement up. But it is reasonable to say that we haven’t actually really seen the game itself so far yet.

That changed today- Ubisoft held a stream to show off their work on the game, and how it is coming along, and in it, we got to see some pre-alpha footage for the game. As you watch it, do bear in mind that it is “pre-alpha” and a “work in progress”- all of which is to say, it’s not necessarily indicative of what the final game will look like. Things could change a lot by then.

Beyond Good and Evil 2 was announced last year. As of right now, it neither has a release date, nor platforms announced.
