Serafini Productions has given us a release date for BrokenLore: DON’T LIE, the latest addition to its first-person psychological horror franchise that’s been quite capable of unsettling anybody who plays it. But while Annie from the first two games gets some well-earned downtime to process everything she’s been through, this time it’s Junko taking the spotlight.
She’s kind of a recluse, whose loneliness and poor mental health take her down a road that’s surely going to be a commentary on her emotional state (and the way in which it collapses her own perceived reality). It’s heavy stuff, but that doesn’t come as a surprise to us considering how BrokenLore: FOLLOW took us on a trip through memory lane that was far less nostalgic and more creepy. At least this time, you can look forward to full Japanese voice acting.
We’re wondering how Junko’s issues manifest, and we’re kind of worried about what we’ll see if we’re completely honest. Nevertheless, you can be sure we’ll dive in when BrokenLore: DON’T LIE drops on September 10, 2026, for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. In the meantime, check out the first trailer below. You can also play the demo on PC during the Steam Next Fest: June 2026 Edition.
