Just as they did with the 4 GB model of the Xbox 360, Microsoft have announced that consumers can now buy the 250 GB model of the Xbox 360 for just $99, and the 250 GB Xbox 360 plus Kinect bundle for $149.
However, if you buy those bundles, you will have to buy a two year Xbox Live gold subscription package, which will cost you $15 a month, which means the total money you pay for the system will eventually be higher than what it would be normally.
However, some people might actually find it easier to pay a higher amount in installments over a period of time rather than paying it all in one go.
The original deal for the Xbox 360 4 GB model was limited to Microsoft, but it looks like this time, you can buy it at retail stores too. A note on the program’s site says: “Please check back later to see a full list of participating retailers”.
