Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Design Director Seems To Be Teasing Something

'I can't wait to show you what's up.'

Treyarch’s studio design director David Vonderhaar is teasing something related to the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on Twitter. The tease was completely vague, and basically asked players to wait until E3 before more information could be shared, but it seems to be something that he is directly working on, meaning it could be referring to some character that appears in game, or a weapon or vehicle.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is a direct sequel to Black Ops 2, which in turn followed the Cold War era Black Ops directly. Although in the in game timeline, nearly a hundred years have passed since the first Black Ops, it is not unreasonable to expect that all the cybernetic augmentations may lead to a likeness of one of the classic characters from the previous games show up again.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is due to launch on Xbox One, PS4, and PC later this year. More information is expected at this E3. Stay tuned.
