Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 PC Requirements Revealed, SSD and 102 GB Free Storage Required

Activision has unveiled the full system requirements for the upcoming first-person shooter's PC version ahead of its release later this month.

Call of Duty games tend to push the envelope with each new instalment, technically speaking, which is why it’s no surprise when the system requirements for each entry’s PC version end up being fairly demanding. System requirements for the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 have also now been revealed, and though its minimum specs are quite modest, on higher settings, the game certainly is predictably demanding.

On minimum settings, Black Ops 6 will need either an i5-6600 or a Ryzen 5 1400, along with either a GeForce GTX 960, a Radeon RX 470, or an Intel Arc A580 (with 2 GB of VRAM), and 8 GB of RAM. Meanwhile, on recommended settings (which will run the game at 60 FPS “in most situations with all options set to high”), you’ll require either an i7-6700K or a Ryzen 5 1600X, along with either a GeForce GTX 1080TI, a GeForce RTX 3060, or a Radeon RX 6600XT (with 8 G of VRAM), and 12 GB of RAM.

A “Competitive / 4K Ultra” option will also be available, with will run the game “at a high FPS in 4K resolution”. Here, you’ll need either an i7-8700K or a Ryzen 7 2700X, along with either a GeForce RTX 3080, a GeForce RTX 4070, or a Radeon RX 6800XT (with 10 GB of VRAM), and 16 GB of RAM.

Regardless of which spec you’re playing on, Black Ops 6 will also require an SSD, as well as 102 GB of free storage space, which is relatively reasonable by Call of Duty standards. You can view the full system requirements below.
