Call of Duty Black Ops 6

When Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 launches later this month, its multiplayer and Zombies modes are, of course, going to be what many will be focusing on first and foremost, but for many, the single-player campaign is going to be the prime attraction. In the lead-up to the game’s looming release, Activision has released a new trailer that offers more details on what to expect on that front.

Like 2020’s Black Ops Cold WarBlack Ops 6’s single-player campaign is being handled by Raven Software. Players will play as CIA operative William “Case” Calderon in a story that will serve as a follow-up to not only the aforementioned Black Ops Cold War, but also to the 1980s storyline that was covered in Black Ops 2. Familiar characters such as Frank Woods and Russel Adler are, as you would expect, also set to return.

The video also offers details on what the campaign will bring in terms of the different missions players will experience and the many locations that you’ll find yourselves in across your globe-trotting journey. In between missions, you will find yourself in a safe house, where, similar to Black Ops Cold War, you’ll be able to upgrade your character, speak to other characters, and more. Check out the video below for more details.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 launches on October 25 for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
