Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has looked increasingly promise ever since its announcement earlier this year, and as promised by developed Sandfall Interactive recently, another trailer has now been released for the upcoming turn-based fantasy RPG.
Unsurprisingly, the game continues to look impressive. Expedition 33 is, of course, going to feature a turn-based combat system that seems to be taking heavy cues from the Persona series, while context-sensitive QTE actions during battles harken to Mario RPGs.
Alongside combat against a variety of different foes (including a couple of bosses that players will be taking on over the course of their journey), the trailer also offers glimpses of various locations, a grapple hook traversal mechanic, and more.
Meanwhile, the game’s full English voice cast has also been revealed, which includes the likes of Andy Serkis, Ben Starr, Jennifer English, and Charlie Cox. Get more details on that front through here.
Sandfall Interactive has also narrowed down the game’s release window. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 launches Spring 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
