Dark Souls Remastered Network Test Will Be Held On May 11 And 12

The Network client is already available to download.

Dark Souls Remastered is set to release in less than a month, and  so far we have been able to see what the game will look like across different videos. Now, From Software has announced that the Network Test for the game will be held on May 11 and 12 so as to test the online functionality of the game.

This network stress test will be free to download and play so that a large number of players could participate to ensure that the online component of the game works well when the game is out. In Japan, the Network Test client is already available to download from the region’s PlayStation Store and Xbox Store.

In North America, the Network Test client is now available to download and it will run from 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM PT on both the days. As of now, we do not know when the Network Test for Europe will be held.

A network test for the Nintendo Switch will be held at a later date. Dark Souls Remastered will be out for the PS4, PC, and Xbox One on May 25 and will release for the Switch later in the summer.
