Developer Behaviour Interactive has released a new trailer for Dead by Daylight, revealing that the next playable monster coming to the game will be a Xenomorph from the Alien movie franchise. Check out the trailer below.
Alongside bringing a Xenomorph to the game, the studio also seems to be bringing a new level layout and style in the vein of the sci-fi spaceship and space station corridors that the franchise is known for.
Further details about Dead by Daylight’s Alien update haven’t yet been released, with the trailer indicating that the studio will be revealing more about it on August 8. The DLC will also likely bring with it a new playable survivor.
Dead by Daylight recently got Nicolas Cage as playable survivor, becoming available in the game’s public test build back in June. Cage arrived in the game with his own set of character perks, playing off on the actor’s storied career in front of the camera.
Dead by Daylight is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
