Kojima Productions’ Death Stranding released in November 2019 and despite a lot of the commotion dying down, it’s still very much being supported. Last month’s update increased text size while allowing for vehicle dismantling to bypass griefers. The latest update 1.10 isn’t as hefty but still has one cool new feature.
Along with the “various performance improvements”, players can now customize settings for BT Encounter Warnings. If you head into the Options menu, then to Game Settings, you’ll find the setting. From there (according to Reddit), one can have it trigger every time a BT is close or only for the first time.
This is good news for players who didn’t like the game slowing down and odradek springing to life whenever a BT was near. Just remember – if you ignore all the other signs of BT activity, it’s your own fault. Death Stranding is out on PS4 but will be coming to PC this Summer courtesy of 505 Games.
