Sparrows are basically Destiny‘s Warthogs (albeit they aren’t half as iconic as the Halo vehicle would go on to become). Nonetheless, iconic-ness aside, there is also a utility to Sparrows, since they let you get around the levels quicker, and also help you take on enemies in a more efficient way.
So how do you get a Sparrow? There’s really not much to it- there are two ways, either you have to hope that the game’s RNG goes your way, or you spend real world money on getting one. We’ve outlined both of the ways for you below:
- Bright Engrams: You can decrypt these to try and get a Sparrow- do keep in mind that they don’t always decrypt into a sparrow. A relatively easy way to ensure that you have enough Bright Engrams is to keep leveling up beyond Level 20- you get a Bright Engram each time you do so (your actual level won’t increase, since 20 is the cap)
- Spend real world money: You can spend money to buy Bright Engrams, too- we don’t really recommend it, but hey, it’s your money.
