Xur may have lost his relevance in the eyes of many Destiny 2: Forsaken players (since he’s not carrying Three of Coins or Fated Engrams). However, if you’re jumping into the shared world shooter for the first time, he does have some decent Exotics.
Unlike the pre-Forsaken days, there’s no longer an indicator for Xur. You’ll need to actually head out and find him. Fortunately, erstwhile players have already narrowed down his location – he’s in Watcher’s Grave on Nessus. What’s his inventory this week?
The Khepri’s Horn (Titan helm), St0mp-EE5 (Hunter boots) and Verity’s Brow (Warlock helm), each for 23 Legendary Shards. None come especially recommended, but Verity’s Brow lets you recharge grenades for your team with Energy Weapon kills, which is nice. All Exotics also have randomly rolled perks.
The Exotic weapon is the Crimson, a three-burst hand cannon that heals the user on kills and returns ammo with precision kills. It can be yours for 29 Legendary Shards.
