Xur has returned to the Tower in Bungie’s Destiny and he’s carrying a new range of Exotics this week. You can find him near the Speaker where he will remain till August 7th, 2 AM PDT.
This week, Xur is selling No Backup Plans (Titan gloves), Graviton Forfeit (Hunter helm) and Apotheosis Veil (Warlock helm), each for 13 Strange Coins. Each has their own use – No Backup Plans causes Force Barrier to last longer and can be triggered with shotgun kills. Graviton Forfeit grants Shadestep as a free ability to Nightstalkers. Apotheosis Veil helps Warlocks recover health when using their Supers.
The Exotic weapon this week is Zhalo Supercell and it’s an excellent weapon for PvE. Along with increasing your Super meter with each double kill, it has a chance to chain lightning to enemies. It’s available for 23 Strange Coins. Finally, the Legacy Engram for this week is a Year One Primary Weapon available for 31 Strange Coins. There are Three of Coins, Glass Needles and Heavy Ammo as well to acquire.
