Diablo 4 Developers to Hold Campfire Chat on Friday to Discuss Latest Update

After the controversial recent Diablo 4 update, the developers will be taking player feedback into account later this week.

Diablo global community development director Adam Fletcher has revealed that Blizzard will be holding a Campfire Chat this Friday to discuss the changes that are being made to Diablo 4 as part of its big 1.1.0 update. Announced over Twitter, Fletcher states that the goal of the Campfire Chat is to take into account feedback from players for the update.

“We have been hearing feedback from players regarding some of the changes in 1.1.0 for #DiabloIV,” tweeted Fletcher. “We are going to have a Campfire Chat later this week on Friday to talk more about it.”

The most recent update to Diablo 4 brought with it a host of changes in preparation for the game’s first season, dubbed Season of the Malignant. Alongside adding new Uniques and Legendary Aspects, the update primarily focuses on nerfing quite a few things in the game.

Among the nerfs as part of the update, killing higher leveled monsters now only gives players a 1.5 percent XP bonus, down from 15 percent. For more details about the update, check out our coverage.

Diablo 4 is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
