Diablo 4’s Season of the Construct, the third season for Blizzard’s action RPG, launched few days ago on consoles and PC to a mixed reception. Players also reported issues with the seasonal quest, “Drums of the Vault,” which prevented progression. A new hotfix is now live to remove the blocker.
Aside from stability and performance updates, the hotfix doesn’t offer much else. Season of the Construct takes place in Kehjistan, with players discovering ancient Vaults connected to Zoltun Khulle and combating various enemy constructs. With the help of a new character, Ayuzhan, players get a Seneschal Construct as a pet with unique Skills and passives.
The objective? Navigate the Vaults with their various traps and defeat Malphas, the seasonal big bad. A new Premium Battle Pass, Seasonal Journey, Arcane Tremors and more are also available. However, some players have criticized the annoyance of traps, lackluster rewards, nonexistent XP in Vaults and more. Stay tuned for further updates in the meantime.
