After the Rogue and Sorcerer, it’s now the Barbarian’s turn to hog the spotlight for Diablo 4. A short new trailer highlights some abilities the class can unleash, from shouts and slams to powerful spinning attacks. Check it out below.
The Barbarian’s innate passive is Arsenal, which allows for carrying, swapping and assigning skills to four different weapons. You can have dual swords for Dual Wielding skills, maces for slams and much more. The class also provide crowd control immunity for itself and nearby allies.
Of course, as anyone who played the class during the open beta and didn’t immediately re-roll knows, the Barbarian isn’t the best. Blizzard is aware of this, and in its recent feedback blog, it confirmed that it would receive a 10 percent damage reduction as a passive. Whirlwind also deals more damage, and Double Swing will refund its full resource cost when hitting enemies that are stunned or knocked down.
Diablo 4 is out on June 6th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. It recently went gold.
