Diablo Immortal Releases on June 2nd, PC Version Announced

The controversial action RPG will launch as an open beta this Summer. It includes support for crossplay and cross-progression.

Blizzard Entertainment has announced that Diablo Immortal will be launching on June 2nd Along with iOS and Android, it will also be coming to PC as an open beta with cross-play and cross-progression across all platforms. Check out the latest trailer below, which sees the various classes battling back the minions of Hell.

Set between Diablo 2 and 3, Diablo Immortal sees the shattered Worldstone causing ruin across the land. As the Champion of Sanctuary, it’s your job to stop Diablo’s soldiers from resurrecting the Lord of Terror. There six classes to choose from – Barbarian, Crusader, Demon Hunter, Monk, Necromancer and Wizard – each with unlockable skills and upgrades.

Compared to the mainline titles, Diablo Immortal is catered to shorter play sessions. Because of its MMO nature, however, there are also raids (for both 48 players and eight players), PvP via the Battleground and much more along with Challenge Rifts and Bounties.
