Disintegration is the upcoming game from V1 Interactive, the studio founded by the Co-creator of Halo. He poached talent from Bungie (which didn’t go over too well there apparently) to help make the game, and it’s looking like something quite interesting. A mix between a shooter and a strategy game, it is a unique take on the genre. Now at the end of the month, we’ll get a chance to try it out in two separate betas.
V1 Interactive and publisher Private Division announced that the game will have two betas near the end of the month. The first will be a closed beta phase that will last from January 28th to the 29th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. PT each day . You can register for it through the official website here. An open beta will then follow on January 31st and last until February 1st. The betas will let you try out two of the three multiplayer modes: Retrieval and Control.
Disintegration will release sometime this year for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The betas will be across all platforms beginning on the 28th. The game will also have single player campaign, though the beta will not cover it.
