DOOM Update Adds Infernal Run, AI Bots to Multiplayer

Denuvo DRM also apparently removed.

DOOM continues to be updated with new features for its multiplayer and SnapMap modes.

Multiplayer has received Infernal Run, a Grifball-like mode which focuses on fighting over a ball and scoring it in the enemy team’s goal. Bots have also been added to all the original maps in Team Deathmatch and Deathmatch, thus allowing you to practice without real players constantly stomping you.

The level cap has also been increased to Echelon 11, level 50 and the DOOM Marine Armour (aka Praetor Suit) will be unlocked as a reward for hitting max level cap.

SnapMap has been updated to allow you to play as the DOOM Marine in Praetor Suit. More than 30 Lazarus Lab-themed modules with Lab-themed props and more have been added to SnapMap with improved Object limits overall. A bug that also caused high shotgun damage from rapid controller input has also been fixed.

Interestingly, according to NeoGAF at least, the patch removes Denuvo DRM from the game as well.
