Dragon Ball Action RPG Announced By Bandai Namco, More Info Later This Month

Currently called Project Z, more details on the game will be revealed at the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals.

Dragon Ball fans, rejoice! Bandai Namco have announced that they’re working on a new Dragon Ball title. Currently only being called Project Z, it’s going to be an action RPG… and that’s all we know. Other than a logo image, the name of the project (for now), and the fact that it exists, Bandai Namco have revealed nothing else. That said, they’ve confirmed that more information on the game will be revealed at the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals, which run from January 26th to January 27th.

Hopefully, we’ll get to learn more about the game and exactly what kind of an action RPG it is- something in vein of the Legacy of Goku games would be amazing, so here’s hoping. We might even get to learn what platforms it’s planned for, but that’s just me speculating- considering the fact that the game doesn’t even have a proper name yet, it’s entirely likely that target platforms might not be announced, and that it’s not that far into development.

In addition, we can also expect to hear more news about Dragon Ball FighterZ at the Finals next weekend, including about what content will be included in the recently teased Season 2. Stay tuned for more updates.
