Dragon Ball FighterZ Adds Gotenks, Adult Gohan and Kid Buu to Roster

Arc System Works' fighter continues to expand its roster with some series favourites.

Arc System Works’ Dragon Ball FighterZ looks more and more sumptuous with each passing day. The fact that its roster continues to grow certainly helps as it was announced in the recent V-Jump (via Gematsu) that adult Gohan, Kid Buu and Gotenks would be joining.

Other details revealed include adult Gohan capable of using his full power when he has more Ki and his Ultimate Kamehameha special attack. Gotenks aka Trunks and Goten fused together has the ability to go Super Saiyan 3 and has attacks like Super Ghost Kamikaze and Charging Ultra Buu Buu Volleyball. As for Kid Buu, he functions as Majin Buu’s final form and can use the Planet Burst attack.

It was revealed that there would be an in-game shop for the game which lets players use Zeni to buy different titles and character colour variants in-game. Arcade Mode is also included and will provide different battles depending on your wins and losses.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is out on January 26th for North America on PC, Xbox One and PS4. Those who pre-order the collector’s edition or a digital copy of the game will receive early access to the upcoming open beta.
