Dragon Quest 11 S Gets Special Dedicated Live Stream September 26

A four hour-long stream celebrates the game's release.

The latest entry in the legendary Japanese RPG series is about to hit the Nintendo Switch in the form of Dragon Quest 11 S. The game is an enhanced version of Dragon Quest 11 that was released originally in 2017 (2018 outside Japan), and includes ton of new features Nintendo and Square Enix have been showing off. In celebration, a huge four hour stream is going to run the day before.

The first part of the stream will feature Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Director Masahiro Sakurai and Dragon Quest Creator Yuji Horii sitting down to have a special discussion about the series, with the second part being dedicated to the various voice actors for the game talking about 11 as well as the series as a whole. The stream will last from 9 PM to 1AM JST. It’s worth noting this is a Japanese stream, and as of now there’s no indication it will be subbed in other languages.

Dragon Quest 11 S will release exclusively on the Switch on September 27th. If you’re curious to go back to the game’s beginnings, the first three titles are coming to the Switch at the same time.
