For weeks, it was assumed that Dragon’s Dogma 2 would receive a playable demo before launch (based on Steam activity). That’s turned out to be true…to an extent. During Capcom Highlights Day 1, director Hideaki Itsuno announced that the Character Creator and Storage will go live today.
This free tool allows players to create their Arisen and Main Pawns before the game’s launch. You can store up to five Arisen and Main Pawns, with data transferring over to the main game. If nothing else, players can go hands-on with the game’s in-depth character customization tool and fine-tune their Arisen.
Several streamers and content creators will also have Pawns based on them that players can seek out when the game launches. Dragon’s Dogma 2 is out on March 22nd for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. It’s confirmed to run at an uncapped frame rate that targets around 30 FPS with only graphical mode on all platforms. Head here for more details.
