As much as we’ve seen Techland’s Dying Light, we’re itching all the more to play it for ourselves. While the game is still a month away, the developer has released a new interactive trailer allowing us to sample the overall options available in the game (albeit confined in video form). Keep in mind that the video won’t work properly on mobile devices so you’ll need a desktop for the best experience.
The trailer essentially allows you to choose between two possible outcomes in each situation, allowing you to either dropkick a zombie off of a rooftop or leaving him alone. You can choose to decapitate a zombie or vault off of it to get a higher place. It’s certainly interesting for a nice short run but will these mechanics sustain the game over a longer period of time?
We’ll find out when Dying Light releases next month for the Xbox One, PC and PS4 so stay tuned for more information.
