Dying Light Nets 3.2 Million Players, 378 Million Zombies Killed

Techland has released a variety of stats for its open world survival horror.

Techland’s Dying Light has become a massive success for the developer. Released in late January and seeing a staggered release at retail outside of North America, it nonetheless hit the top position on many sales charts including the U and UK.

The open world survival horror already has 3.2 million players thus far with said players killing more than 378 million zombies and traveling 11 million kilometers in the process. More than 5.3 million survivors were also saved in the process. In the mode that saw one player-controlled Night Hunter take on four other players, the Night Hunter would win 54 percent of the time.

Dying Light has also received quite the content update since its release with free DLC adding a new Hard Mode, several new weapons and costumes, and much more.
